Weather conditions affecting data

Hi there,

do weather (especially wind) affect the data of the R50 when using it on the range?

I just was on the range yesterday and find my 7iron to come up way short.

Clubhead: 84 moh

Spin: 6950

Launch: 21,6 degrees

carry: 129 m

using real new premium range balls from Srixon.

any ideas?

What’s the ball speed? That is a high launch with spin.

I hit 7 iron around 19 degrees and at sea level the carry is around 150 yards.

i haven’t seen weather conditions on the R50 range so I think it’s no wind with temp and altitude being a factor. Would be cool if you could add wind direction and speed.

That’s a smash factor of 1.25 and you want 1.35 at least from what I have seen. If you did have wind in your face like it does in game mode the smash factor would come down because ball speed would be lower.

Take ball speed and divide by club speed to get smash factor.
