R50 metrics not showing

Hi 

I have recently purchased a Garmin r50 and have been using it for the last day and am unable to get any ball and club metrics data. Like club speed and smash factor. 

ball distance and spin rates work fine but metrics do not. I have tried many thing with no luck. 

can you please provide some assistance.

    Ensure you have "Ball & Club data" enabled and not "Ball Data Only" in the Tracking Mode section of settings setup menu prior to starting a Practice or Home Tee Hero session. 

    Each of your clubs that you are wanting club metrics for must have a club sticker applied to the face of the club per the steps outlined here: Approach S70 - Applying the Club Stickers

    The hitting zone will then become smaller and will change shape compared to the larger ball placement area offered if only ball data is enabled.
