Total count of courses downloaded on R50

Settings and scroll down to memory/ storage, there you will find the impact Video memory and the course memory. 

Disregard the previous response, I initially misunderstood the question. 

On the Approach R50, open up the main settings menu and you will see a section down towards the bottom of the list titled, "Downloaded Courses" were you can reference the amount of courses you have installed to the R50.

I assume this means I have currently downloaded 282 courses out of a maximum of 1000 available?

That is correct for the storage allocated on the unit for downloaded courses.
