Practice Sessions on R50 occassionally not syncing to Garmin app?

I'm seeing occasional instances where a practice session won't sync to the Garmin app?

I'm using the device not connected to WIFI, and then usually it syncs up when I connect it. I'm always careful to save the session, and the un-synced sessions in question are still visible on the device, just not syncing to the server.

Any way to manually force a session to sync?

    I'm having the same issue. I called Garmin Golf support today and all they could tell me is that the saved sessions are supposed to sync to the app once you reconnect the R50 to the same WiFi your phone is on. The problem is mine isn't working like that. My saved practice sessions done on WiFi sync fine but when I'm not on WiFi, like at an outdoor range, the saved sessions are on the R50 but do not sync to the Garmin Golf App, ever. This is very annoying and I'm hoping someone has a solution. Thank you in advance!

    A session recorded offline without a WiFi connection will store locally on the Approach R50 as any of the other session do...however the disconnect from a network connection may result in offline recorded sessions to take longer to sync and reflect to your Garmin Account vs sessions recording while the R50 is connected to a network. 

    Please allow some time for the stored offline session to sync to your Garmin Account, and you should see the session eventually show referenceable in the Garmin Golf app. 

    There are a few processes on the R50 that will occur once the Approach R50 is reconnected to WiFi, and the offline session should not be expected to sync and display right away in the Garmin Golf app.

    Thanks for your reply, Cody. What you wrote is what I was told when I called support; however, it's been 2+ full days since my outdoor session was recorded and saved on the R50 and it still has not sync'd to the Garmin Golf app. I turned on my R50 when I got home from the range and made sure it was connected to the same WiFi network my phone is connected to. I even used the R50 on WiFi yesterday and those saved sessions sync'd fine but still nothing from the prior day. Just doesn't seem to make sense and cannot believe I'm the only one that this has happened to. Still hoping someone can help. Thanks
