Left right toggle issue

The new toggle feature is awesome for left to right handed golfers. Only issue is every time we switch to the other side the first ball hit does not read right. We have to mulligan every first shot and then it reads fine until we switch the toggle. Pretty annoying after a while. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am using GS Pro but I’d doesn’t seem to be a 3rd party app issue. Same thing happens if I am using just the garmin…first shot after changing direction always reads wrong. Second shot has no issues.

Ok, thank you for the info. We'll work to try and reproduce the issue. How many players do you have active in a Home Tee Hero round? Besides creating a player and setting their handedness that way, we do not have a way to change it during the round.

If there are any other details you can think of, please let us know!

Two players (one left and one right). It automatically adjusts based on the user profile for tee hero, but the same issues happens. With GSPro, it happens whenever you manually click the toggle to switch sides. Note in both cases I am obviously moving the device around the mat to switch sides.

Got it. Also, can you provide your SW and App versions by going to: Menu > Settings > About ?

both say 3.7.

Does the 'App version' specifically say 3.7.0?

*We did release app version 3.7.5 this week, so I would advise checking to see if software updates are available for your R50 and installing the latest version. Would like to know if you still see the behavior on the latest version if you have the update available.

New version is not available for me yet. Is there anyway to force an upgrade to the new version?

There should not be any reason why the update does not show as available on your R50. If you go to Settings > Software Update, can you select the 'check for updates'? If it doesn't populate anything new, what does it say in the "device software" section underneath?
