Stuck in 3.30 software version

Just checked my software version.  Says “up to date” and version 3.3.

R50 is connected to WiFi (proven no problem can download courses and see activity in the garmin golf app).  

So I am missing at least 2 and maybe 4 updates. 

So many disappointing things about this device.

    There seems to be some confusion between "System Software" which *should be* 3.70 (though as noted, this is being done on a phased rollout) and "GLM Software" which *should be at 3.5.0".   Notification of the System Software update dropped 3 days ago.   The GLM update was current as of about a month ago.  See the partial screen capture attached which shows the notification of updates (these are pinned initial entries in this forum) for these two software loads.  

    Also, see attached a photo image of my R50 Software Updates page from a day ago (1-24-2025).  It shows that my unit is "stuck" at a System Software revision of 3.30.  The GLM software revision on my unit is at 3.5.0, which matches the current revision.

    So, unless System Software revisions 3.40, 3.50 and 3.60 were never released for some reason (which is unusual software updating practice) I can only conclude that my unit is not updating for some reason even though the R50 unit shows good WiFi connectivity, my internet connection is working and I am able download courses and upload results of range sessions.

    So, far no one from Garmin seems able to address this discrepancy despite the fact that it appears that others are "stuck" too.

    Excellent eye!!!  I did have Automatic Updates on but set it to Download earlier in the day yesterday to see if I could "force" the R50 to download.  See attachments that show the settings that were in effect previously and also overnight last night.  I also attach the details settings page image that says the R50 must be charging and connected to Wifi to complete the update.  Normally I use the device outside on the deck, charging during use, but disconnect power when I bring it inside.  Last night, after reading this, I plugged it in, really close to the WiFi access point and left it on overnight.  Nada.....

    Same here. Seem we all are part of the 70% waiting for the update to come through. No indications when they will reach 100% ?!

    I read online where it can take a week. 
    A lot of updates may have gone through last night because I kept getting dis-connects.

    My point is it's not at all clear whether we are just "waiting" for 3.70 since it appears many (most, all?) of us are at version 3.30.  What happened to versions 3.40, 3.50 and 3.60?  Maybe we really are just stuck and the device has not been recognizing the availability of ANY of the updates....
