UI bug fixes, UX improvements

1. As many others have posted the driving range with external monitor displaying top down view is a frustrating user experience. There was a post earlier from the Garmin team saying it would default to the previous view, but have found that to be inconsistent, and most of the time it starts in the top down view. Most users would be running an external projector so this requires the toggling of the mirror switch everytime.

2. On cold start, or after shutting down and restarting, the screen will sometimes hang after the Garmin logo with a blank display (happens if you have WiFi enabled). It almost seems frozen. Long pressing power button, and then going into setting to toggle the WiFi, gets it unfrozen and the main menu loads. Bit annoying to have to do it each time but it works.

3. In practice mode, with external display connected, no simple way to select holes on the other practice ranges, if you have say club data and ball replay running split screen. You need to toggle one of the views to map, and select the hole, and then reconfigure the screens back to your preferred layout. Lots of tapping and not too user friendly for family members.

4. When you’re trying to switch the Split View screen modes and you don’t press the small “x” button in the top right corner, but just tap on the background (intuitive), it gets stuck in an endless loop and you have to restart the whole unit.

The R50 has been great for the most part, and the recent GS Pro update has resolved the frequent disconnect issues.  Running rock solid and stable with GS Pro, putting also working decent.
