Analyzing Shots Online / Seeing Training Sessions in Garmin Connect

Hi!

I will be using my R50 mostly to train and improve my game. Therfore, it would be really nice to be able to analyse and review training sessions in an online tool.
Garmin Connect seems to be the ideal platform for that.

Hereby placing a feature request to have that added.

The Garmin Golf app must be used at this time to review shots from practice sessions, which can be viewed through the mobile app on a smartphone or iPad. So if you record a practice session on the R50…

I am aware that shots can be reviewed in the app, however for a USD 5000 device, I would expect some more analytical functions.

I'd really like an answer to this question too. All of the great data captured per shot, then to see nothing but low-level summary stats? I want all of the data for each of the individual shots. I can suffer the inconvenience of having to import the data into another application for analysis. But please, give me the data.

All the per shot data is available in the Garmin Golf App. You can download it from the app and then load it into a third party application such as Golf Shot Analytics. Not the simplest workflow, but it actually works fairly well.

A list of all shots with the following fields is provided: Club, Shot, Carry D, Total D, Carry Dev Yds, Total Dev Yds. Where's the data that can help with analysis? Face Angle, Path, Angle of Attack, etc.

I went to the app site you referenced and unfortunately they are no longer going to continue in development. It is also only available for Windows. It seems really of putting to have to download an app to access data that is already in the Garmin app that I pay for. This should be a two minute fix Garmin. Please.

How do you see all the data on the app? It doesn't show anything except max/min/ag total distance. Is there a way of accessing the data? GarGar Golf said he uses a third party app because all the data is there, but not visible.

If you hit the share button in the app for the session you are viewing, it can pull up an Excel spreadsheet that has all the metrics for each shot.

Here are the metrics in the spreadsheet
