R50 not picking up my ball on a tee

I am having trouble getting the R50 to pick up the ball when on a tee in my simulator. I am playing in GSPRO.  I have the R50 placed 1.5ft from the tee box as recommended. If the ball is off the tee its visible by the unit. I am using the cheap plastic “winter” tees of various colors and sizes (12mm-44mm) from Amazon.

    Sorry no help but I haven’t had any trouble using the cheap black sim tees from Amazon.  I was using regular tees before I got the sim tees from Amazon and didn’t have issues with those either.

    I’m using the same tees. Black, green and pink with the Fiberbuilt mat and it’s seeing the ball on GSPro, Awesome Golf and R50 modes. Is it just GSPro where this is happening?

    try re-booting the unit. Basically turn wifi off and power it off then back on and see if this helps reset.

    Really appreciate the feedback.  I was seeing this issue in all modes.  Then it dawned on me to check if perhaps the unit wasnt level for some reason.  It wasn’t.  I have a slight slope in my shop where the unit sits and when I placed 1/4in pads underneath the front of the unit to ensure it was level with the hitting mat I started seeing the unit pick up the ball on a tee consistently.
