Home tee hero course not found on r50, but downloaded ok on r10

Hi Cody.  Two of my local courses are not showing up on the R50 but are on R10 and Epix Pro watch. 

1. WindRose Golf Club (Spring, TX),

2. BlackHorse Golf Club - North and South (Cypress, TX)

Question is this going to be the norm procedure for every course that can't be found directly on the R50? Would prefer to just search on the unit if not nearby instead of requesting a ticket get filed. Thank you. 

Hello - I have the same issue with Gog Magog Golf Club - Old Course and  Gog Magog Golf Club - Wandlebury Course not appearing on R50 - Thank you

Here's another course not found on the R50 but is found on the Golf app and on my EPIX watch.  This is the Bobby Jones Golf Club in Sarasota Florida.  Bobby Jones is unusual in that there is an 18 hole course (call the "Ross" course) and a "reconfigurable" 9 hole pitch/putt course (called the "Gillespie" course.  On the R50, the only course that appears is "Gillespie Option 1".

Has anyone found their missing courses yet?
