Home tee hero course not found on r50, but downloaded ok on r10

Looking for local courses around me.
the grange east and grange west courses.
they are in my app for the R10.
can’t find them to download on the r50

There is not a specific timeframe on exactly when the course will get corrected to the Approach R50, but the correction will get looked at right away to be available for you as soon as possible.

Any other Approach R50 users unable to search a specific course on the Approach R50, please post here in forums or contact Garmin Support providing the specific course with the City/State/Country and that will get submitted for review to get added to the R50 course map database.

Cody, could you please also look why Golfclub Achensee in Austria is not available on the R50?

Yes, I just got the ticket submitted for Golf Club Achensee there in Austria. You will get an email once the course is available on the R50 map database.

Hi Cody,

Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, NC is accessible on my fenix 8, but does not show up as an option on the R50. It also showed up as a usable course on the Home Tee Hero website search page, which I verified prior to purchasing the R50. Can PNCC be added/enabled as well?

Hi Cody,

I was unable to locate Whistling Straits (either course) when searching on my R50 but it does show when searching on the Garmin website. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
