I have the Garmin R10 with IOS on iPhone since a year.. I cannot use it.. I have no membership and only use the driving range mode but the screen is 29 out of 30 times with a black screen instead of green driving range visualization.
I tried all... restart app, device, reset... deinstall etc.. it's completely random and I think it has nothing todo even if the Garmin Device is enabled. If I only start the app with a power-off Garmin, the screen is black and when I start the R10 it stays
But if this works on app without power on at gamin it also works then after switching on. So I think it is just the app but why and how to fix??? I saw a thread three years ago but this cannot be an issue since 3 years??
How can I fix this???
