bluetooth connection

I have an external bluetooth adapter plugged into my PC with windows 11 to connect the R10 to GSPro. It works for about 3 hours perfectly, and after that it disconnects with no return. I have to reset my entire computer disable the built in bluetooth again to even have a CHANCE at reconnecting and even sometimes then it does not reconnect. Has this happened to anyone else? I have a mobile sim and need it to run for longer than 3 hours. Are there any solutions to this? does it have to do with battery life even though after 3 hours i’m still at 70%! It is incredibly frustrating and I cannot seem to figure it out. 

  • The support for your concern is outlined through the GSPro Knowledge Base website, as the R10 is designed to disconnect if the software the device is connected to is not keeping the radar ready to capture shots. 

    • GSPro utilizes a device connection window that must be kept open and running in the background while utilizing the main program window that contains all of the simulation features. This info is outlined on the GSPro site within the article linked here: GSPro + Garmin Approach R10
    • There are computer requirements they outline that should also be reviewed to insure their software operates as designed, and to allow the launch monitor connected to their program to stay ready for shots.     • You should also insure you have all of the required drivers installed to your computer, and confirm the drivers are up to date. This info can be accessed through the page on the GSPro site linked here: Nvidia Drivers and here: AMD Drivers
    • GSPro also has specific graphics cards specified for an uninterrupted experience specified in the "What Specs Can Run GSPro" link in the second bullet point of my response above. 

    If you continue to have concerns with using GSPro or continued disconnections occurring after following their recommendations in the knowledge base of the GSPro site, please contact GSPro support for further assistance in determining why the GSPro Connect Application window is not keeping the R10 ready for shots.
