Is Garmin golf app still offering a product key for free E6 5 courses?

I just purchased R10 and installed Garmin golf app, trying to get a product key for free E6 5 courses. Unfortunately, no product key was displayed when I tried to play e6 on ios. 

I've seen the screen captures from others showing the prod key but in my case, that specific line was not displayed on the same screen when I tried. Was anyone lucky enough to get a prod key recently? I am suspecting the Garmin doesn't offer such prod keys any more.

    Hello Joon.

    I have just gone through a little issue and found the same problem.

    Yes and no to your question.

    Garmin does not provide the product key for the E6 5 free courses now. This is done directly through E6 Connect.

    Here are the steps for completing this:

    1) Log in or make an account at https://portal.e6golf.com/login
    2) Once logged in or the account has been made, go to the top right of the page and access the small shopping cart.
    3) From there, click on the green "Let's Fix That" icon in the middle of the page.
    4) Go to the first license of "E6 Connect License" and click "Shop"
    5) Click the "Garmin" tracking system.
    6) Go to the first license of "Garmin Special License (5 Courses)"  and click "Shop"
    7) Go to the "Select License" to choose the type of license and select the "E6 License (xxxxxxxx)", then go down to "Add To License"
    8) There, you have added the 5 free courses to your E6 License.

    The next steps are to download the E6 Connect application, either on iOS or PC, and log in with the same account made from the E6 website.

    There, you should be able to see the 5 free courses when going into "Stroke Play".

    The product key is no longer needed, you just need to have an Approach R10 or Approach R50 serial number registered to you and you will get access to the 5 free courses through e6 Connect for iOS or PC platform versions of their platform.
