Launch angle and distance

How can I get my approach r10 to measure correct launch angles? Up until about a month ago it did. Now it’s essentially worthless as alll of my shots just seem to skim the ground and roll.

I've had this happen, and the standard uninstall/reinstall re-pair/re-calibrate fixed it. That's the automatic first step. If that doesn't fix it, try moving the R10 closer to the ball, and make sure there isn't a fan or fridge running nearby. Also make sure there are no metal objects near the area. I had put a flat tire (metal rim) behind my net (unwittingly) and it was screwing up my distances until I moved it. Same for Metal objects nearby the R10.
