My R10 does not calibrate.

I do not see the little guy swinging when I attempt calibrate Garmin R10. I am up to date on R10 device s/w and app on my ios phone. Please help.

The info outlined below is recommended for the calibration concern on this post:

Setup the R10 spaced on the ground in the hitting environment where you will be hitting shots at.
Confirm the magnetic mount is securely fitted into the back of the R10 properly.
Use a level to confirm the ground the tripod legs are resting on is level.
Power the R10 on and confirm the device is showing Connected in the Profile > My Devices menu within the Garmin Golf app.
Confirm the mobile device you have the Garmin Golf app installed to is compatible per the info outlined on the Garmin Golf App Minimum Device Software Requirements
Hold the button on the back of the R10 for 20 seconds and to hard reset the device. Then endure theR10 is powered on with the LED blinking green.
