Garmin R10 and the new Apex E6 software don't work together?

Hey , I tested out the Garmin R10 and E6 Apex a couple of months ago and I could connect Apex to the R10. I updated the Apex E6 software a week ago or so and now I can't connect to the Apex software so can't golf with it. I can "launch" the old E6 connect from the new Product Launch software and connect to my R10 and play golf which is good but I can't connect to Apex software which is weird... Anyone else have this issue??????

The Approach R10 is compatible with e6 Connect on both iOS and PC software platforms.

Same here. My R10 disconnects from E6 Apex after EVERY shot. Have to reset for next shot. Desperately looking for clues.

Does the old E6 Connect work fine for you? I was talking to Trugolf Support yesterday and she said E6 connect and Apex E6 work differently in how they talk to the R10 with Apex needing a better connection. Try phoning their Support as they seemed very helpful when talking on the phone with them.

Thanks. E6 Connect works great. I almost had it working, but fat fingered something and had to start over. I will contact support. Cheers
