R10 approach wont load Home Hero at all. System says there is a bug ibn the app.

I have tried all the normal, reload app, restart phone, clear cache and re-installed R10.

The home hero loads courses, and I select one, i select player and colour tee and the app cloese. I have also tried this on many phones.

Please what is the answer?

    Check and confirm your location settings are correct for the Garmin Golf app installed to your phone. Ensure the location and region for your App/Play Store are correct for your current location. 

    If you have travelled recently, you may need to install the version of the Garmin Golf app for the country you are currently located.
