R10 not showing any data on over 60% of my swings

Brand new R10. Set up 7 feet from ball. Further 8 feet to wall which is behind the net by about 2 feet. First swing will register, but then after that only at best every third swing.
Light is flashing green when I begin swing.

I'm very frustrated and thinking to switch to another type of launch monitor

Typically if the R10 is not recording the majority of your swings during a sim session, there are environmental, spacing, or other factors that are affecting radar capture from R10.

Does the R10 detect movement, e.g. turn red when You start back swing?

If Yes, then Your swing is either too fast, or more likely, too slow.

You have a certain amount of time to finish Your shot. If not, the Garmin thinks You are waggling, and starts over.
