Suddenly stopped picking up shots

My r10 has been working fine for months. A couple of days ago, in the middle of a session, it just stopped picking up shots, and it hasn't been able to pick up any shots since then.

I've unpaired/re-paired the device. Uninstalled/re-installed the app, etc. Under garmin devices it shows as connected, but when I hit the ball it doesn't pick it up.

App version is 2.12.2.

I have the same issue, device pairs, shows red light when swinging but does not capture on app.

Same issue here. Just spent an hour with someone on support and they don't have a clue. Kept asking about my setup and how far away my net is when nothing has changed.

Anyone managed to solve it?

After all of that saw another post on here saying that downgrading to an older version of the app fixes it and it worked for me.

I have the same issue. Light is grren and turns red when I swing the club, but nothing happens in the app Garmin 4:30, app 2.12.2.

Uninstall the app and go to APK mirror and download an older version (2.12 worked for me)

I reinstalled using Google play. I followed these instructions https://forums.garmin.com/outdoor-recreation/golf/f/approach-r10/275854/r10-not-picking-up-any-shots , but I did not unpair. Now it works again.

Update as of May 2nd, 2023:

Version 2.12.3 (AndroidOS specifically) has now become available with the fix for AndroidOS resolving the issue with the LED indicator displaying properly, but shots are not recording in the Garmin Gofl app.

Android users, make sure to check the Google Play Store for the 2.12.3 update, and make sure to install at your earliest convenience.

You may also need to perform a full uninstall > reinstall > Sign-in > Test through range session to confirm working properly. Then verify the App version from the main menu in the Garmin Golf app Settings > App Info to confirm version 2.12.3 is showing installed within the app.
