Not calibrating?

My r10 won't finish calibration. The little golf guy just keeps swinging and it won't finish. I still use it but it seems to have more misreads now. I use the awesome golf simulator. This seems to coincide with the most recent Garmin golf app update. My unit is updated to the latest 4.3 software. Any thoughts?

I am getting the same issue with the calibration not finishing. I have reinstalled the app and everything. I've sent support an email. I'll let you know what they say if they reply. Please let me know if you work it out.

I'm also getting this issue. The device won't finish calibration after installing the latest version of Garmin Golf on android. Worked fine the day before, nothing else changed in my sim setup.

I am having the same issue. I just got my R10 yesterday and I am on 4.30 firmware. It will not calibrate at all. Its showing my 6 iron shots are 50 yards which is obviously not correct.

Hopefully tech will issue an update to fix this. We haven't had an update in a while.

Also just to add. My buddy received his R10 last week. I tried it 2 nights ago its working great and calibrated fine. I am unsure what Firmware he is on though. He is running it on IoS and I am on Andorid.

Same thing. Mine just keeps doing circles. Have to restart the phone to be able to get out of that screen.
