Home tee hero: Jumeirah golf estates not loading.

My friend and I tried to play jumeirah golf estates (fire and earth course) couple of weeks ago and it would not load. We tried both of our iPads, thinking it may be because of the device that we are using but got the same issue on both devices. We tried to play it again today and it still wouldn’t load. Garmin rob please advise?

I had the same issue with Emirates Majlis course -- also in Dubai :O

Out of curiosity I tried these 2 courses as well.

Both on my Samsung phone and Lenovo tablet. Result a little different.

Samsung phone:

Both courses downloaded. When trying to play one of them hth got stuck on start screen and irresponsive. Managed to close the app, but keeps crashing when entering sim again. Only way to continue using the app was to clear data in app settings, deleting all settings including downloaded courses.

Even tried to downgrade app to 2.10 without any change in behaviour.

Lenovo tablet:

Exactly same result when trying to play one course. But for the tablet I was able to finish and delete the round after starting the app again, and I could play other courses without having to clear all data in app settings.

Conclusion: these 2 courses are not playable, and based on other postings there are probably other courses as well.

But here Garmin has a possibility to find out what is causing this if they want.
