Home Tee hero is not starting.

Home T hero is not starting. Every time after I select my name and Teebox, the blue screen, “Home tee hero” comes up and then nothing happens

Hi Rob, for my ipad and iphone14, I have removed the device from the garmin app, used "forget device" on the ipad/phone, uninstalled the app. starting completely anew, unfortunately, same result.…

Hi, I have the same problem for a couple of weeks ago. I'm able to practice, but when trying to open HTH it freezes at the blue splash window.

Any help with this please?

Hello, does uninstalling and then reinstalling the Golf app make any difference? Restarting your phone?

Used home tee hero for about 6 months in the offseason. Took a break for 6 months. Trying it again and ran into this issue in the problem statement.

Android

Solution was to tell android and the garmin app to forget the device.

Then I repaired the r10 with the garmin app.

The home tee hero app works again, I can load a course and start playing.
