R10 stuck on solid red and cannot turn off

I have used my R10 for several months and it runs great. Recently it was stuck on solid red and cannot turn off. Does anyone help with this issue, or have any suggestion to force turning off for a reset? Thanks in advance.

This has happened recently with mine as well. I closed the app on my iPhone and held the power button on the R10 until it turns off. Then just did the normal start up process and reconnected and it worked fine afterwards.
