Is there a problem with the Garmin R10 & Samsung phones?

I noticed a closed thread indicating Samsung phones crash when using the Garmin R10. I'm thinking of purchasing the Garmin R10, but I have a Samsung Galaxy A20 phone. Will I have a problem ?

Typo: I meant to say the closed thread indicated the app (I'm assuming the Garmin R10 app) crashes when using a Samsung phone.

It seems like there was an issue. I've just updated my S21 to latest Samsung Update and the app has stopped crashing but haven't actually tested in the field yet.
