Refund for Samsung Phone Users

Garmin needs to offer refunds to Samsung phone users that are not able to use their R10 due to app crashing. It has now been 30 days my expensive device has been a paperweight. Samsung owners need to be able to exit your ecosystem ASAP or be offered compensation in some form for having to tolerate 30 days of unusable devices. What a horrible experience. It is beyond unacceptable.
