Does Garmin Care About Their Users!!??

I am starting this thread in the hopes that Garmin listens to their users and adds the club head speed option to the Garmin App.

There is a thread requesting a clubhead speed option be added to the Garmin R10. It is one of the most popular threads in the forum and Garmin has done nothing for their users to add this feature.

This feels like an easy feature add that would not take very long for Garmin to program and add to the app. Can you please listen to your users and add a feature so many of us want.

Brother, they can't even get their app to stop crashing on "newer" Samsung devices. My Samsung device is over a year old. No communication about timing of a fix, etc. In the short time I have had my R10…

Brother, they can't even get their app to stop crashing on "newer" Samsung devices. My Samsung device is over a year old. No communication about timing of a fix, etc. In the short time I have had my R10 it has suffered from the constant sleep bug where you had to wake it up like every 4-10 shots and now it is a literal paperweight. They clearly don't care about their users.

Thanks for the post. R10 and the Golf app have offered clubhead speed since before we even announced R10. See attached screenshot.

I think he means clubheadspeed without hitting on a ball, but i would not want to have that all the time though, i would like to be able to waggle without it start the swing, maybe put in an option when you just want to swing without ball as speed training, but ofc i dont know if its possible to make it happen

Of course it is possible.

Prgr is a cheap radar that does this.

Same technology, so it is a matter of software programmimg.
