RCT balls not reading

I was experiencing the same thing and I thought my Garmin downloaded the 4.3 update but it might have not properly downloaded from the Garmin express app. 

I posted this in another thread:

So I didn't think that my Garmin properly updated. I went into the Garmin Express app and removed the R10 from the devices. I reconnected and added it to my account. I just used it and its now picking up my RCT balls and I was hitting some short chips and it was reading the shots. Maybe you might need to remove it and add it back to the Garmin Express app. It looks like it worked for me.

Are you hitting indoors getting good numbers. Indoor range is the only reason I bought R10, I will spring for RCT balls if it helps the accuracy????

I found that carefully leveling the device and using RCT balls makes gives very good accuracy.
