Does Garmin even listen to the R10 community?

The community have been asking for club head speed without a ball for months and months. There are several posts and many comments, even an auto Twitter link, there are many people that want this do you guys notice this?

and now….

they release RCT ball support…that a tiny amount of people wanted. The balls cost a fortune just to hit them into a net, and they are only made in 2 types from the same manufacturer so if these aren’t the ball you play you are practicing with a different ball. This feature will benefit such a small portion of r10 users.

I am sure more testing, time and development went into this semi-pointless RCT ball upgrade than measuring club speed with no ball would take.

Please Garmin, just listen to the community.

LOL … just because it’s not important to YOU doesn’t mean they’re not listening!
I’d rather have RCT compatibility over swinging a club without a ball for club head speed!

It had an issue with short shots - updated

biggest issue was falling asleep - updated

large issue with spin rate and numbers - updated (with RCT support to help)

sorry you can’t get swing speed with no ball, you’re in the marginal number of people who care about that.

$599 ($499 on sale often lately) and ALL this plus great updates and support and this is the dumb bs you come up with? SMFH

Yeah fair enough there has been some fixes and upgrades that people were asking for included in this update.

I just wanted to know why the swing speed with no ball never gets included? Could of just asked that I guess…

never heard anyone care about swing speed with no ball. but rct balls is a great update if it works better with them. cost a fortune? they are like $10 more a dozen than a regular dozen pro v.. and you dont lose them in a net... so who cares.
