Golf app crashing with r10

Cant use golf sim driving range or home town hero.  I've tried the usual fixes.  Uninstalled reinstalled.  Restart device clear cache and data.  Nothing.   Now I get a message saying there is a bug and to wait for update from developer.  Is this a known issue and when will it be fixed?  I cannot use my r10

    Hi

    I have s21 v.12 and garmin golf v. 2.10.1 and it is VERY slow and it chrashes.

    I have tried everything mentioned in this thread but to no avail.

    I do agree, that for a company as big as Garmin, it is absolutely not acceptable that they have not fix this issue.

    Dear Everybody. 

    I dont knoww the source of the positive changes, but today My android work with garmin like a charm.. I have made only two changes : First I had put the R10 up on the book it lifted about 5-6cm up. Secondary I change range balls to professionals. and start to play. . So every hitting recorded, and no mistake. by the app :) I suggest try it .

    So if I have made the mistake before, I have to apologize to the garmin developer team... Slight smile

    I get an "access denied" error when I try to PM you. But I'm having the same problem.  One+ Nord N200. Garmin Golf App 2.10, Android version 12.

    Hi I have just updated to version 2.11.1 and it still chrashes my phone. When I go in to "golf sim sessions" and try to watch a stroke, it is very slow and when I want to change view to see different parameters then it chrashes my phone "cannot contact system UI" and if I'am lucky then it will ask about close the app or send error msg. But most times it bloks the whole phone.

    Hi Garmin-Rob,

    I'm using Samsung S10e on Android Os v10 and Driving Range functionality with Garmin Gokf App (v2.11.1) no longer works with my R10 Approach. Its unusable.  Do you have any suggestions on how to fix?

    I had today the same problem :when I try to play the weekly contest but the app freezed after 6 hole. :, nothing work, I had to restart my phone. This phone work well before with app.  My other Doogee s96 phone has also a problem to run the app normally, and my Samsung A8 tablet not working at all,.  when I try to install, The source shown the tablet incompatible with app...  So it a little make me nervous

    I have a similar problem. It seems when they added the data export feature in 2.10,1, there was a performance hit that destroyed my crappy Motorola Moto G Stylus 2022 phone. I guess folks with phones that have compute cycles to spare were unaffected. I downgraded back to version 2.9.1 and it works fine. It seemed the problem was related to video recordings, but I can't be sure. Garmin-Rob wanted me to capture debug info., but I didn't care to work for Garmin for free :-D
