Golf app crashing with r10

Cant use golf sim driving range or home town hero.  I've tried the usual fixes.  Uninstalled reinstalled.  Restart device clear cache and data.  Nothing.   Now I get a message saying there is a bug and to wait for update from developer.  Is this a known issue and when will it be fixed?  I cannot use my r10

    That would be the tail shaking the dog.

    App designers (garmin) have to design their app so they're functional with the devices that they can be downloaded to.

    Could be..

    But not necessarily easy if You have 100 phone manufacturers with their own operating system, varying from phone model to phone model also.

    Should Garmin make different apps for each particular brand and model?

    The app works on Android, it works on many Samsung telephones, it even works on S21 and S22 in some countries.

    I rest my case.

    Because you have a busted old phone nobody cares what you have to say on hear. Honestly you are not helpful odd tore so please stop talking. It doesn't work with newer phones so yes that is something garmin should be working on period. Now unless you have something helpful to add please I am getting tired of the email notifications for your stupid posts

    If You have nothing else to say to me I suggest You shut up.

    I'm pretty sure Garmin is working on this, but if the problem is related to the phone software, the problem should be fixed there.

    Which I why I'm posting.

    If You find it not to be interesting, I could not care less.

    Well I'm replying to you and you are not helpful period. They have been working on a fix for over 2 months so many of us have a 600 paper weight. It is a garmin app problem period hence why they did an update in the first place. It wasn't successful and also why they asked people right away to comment I'll they still have a problem. I was nice and asked you to stop talking now I'll say SHUTUP TOUGH GUY

    I have a Samsung Note 20.  I got the r10 and was able to use it successfully for three to four days and out of nowhere it stopped working and crashes every time I tried to launch hometown hero or E6.  It's very weird for it to have been able to work just fine and then start crashing.  I'm not aware of any updates in that three to four day time.
