4.20 "broke" my system

Make sure you don’t have two devices connected with Bluetooth on. I have both an iPhone and iPad mini I use with the r10 depending if I am using the projector or not. Same thing happened to me and realized my phone inside the house was also connected when the iPad was. Disabled Bluetooth on one, and it worked fine. If not that, force close app, restart, etc.  

Thanks...device conflict could have started this issue (combine with 4.20 update).  

I have removed the Garmin Golf app from my iPad and turn off the iPad.  I have deleted and reinstalled the Garmin app on my iphone 13 and it still doesn't work.  I am suspicious that I can't get the Garmin r10 to properly reset.  When I hold down the power button it goes from blank to solid green to solid blue and the LED never turns off (I have held it for 3 minutes).  Without a proper reset I wonder if this prevents pairing to a "new" device.

I did follow these instructions but the issue is getting the Garmin R10 to enter pairing mode (solid blue light).  It turns on with a blinking blue light which indicates it is looking for a device it was previously paired with.  Without resetting the unit it doesn't appear to be able to make a good connection to a different configuration.  

You don't set up the connection on the R10 unit.

You do that in the app.

If the unit has not been registered on Your device it will never pair.

After pairing the unit should start flashing green, and if You wait for too long, or have a pause, it will flash white, meaning it has gone to sleep. You can wake it up from the app or a short press on the power button.

The unit is not ready unless it flashes green.

In Your previous post You mentioned it went into solid blue?

Are You able to get the unit into solid blue and then pair it with Your phone from the app?

If Yes, will the Garmin then start to blink green?

I am able to get the R10 to pair with my phone according to the app.  You can see the screen shot showing the successful connection.  Also you can see when I go to calibrate it fails.  I do get the blink green light after pairing and it seems to be operating properly but no shot data come to my phone.  

What happens when you hit Sync now and do you have it on the floor and level when you calibrate it?

What is the front led doing?

Blinking green (unit is ready)?

Blinking white (unit in sleep mode)?

Red (something is wrong)?

I still cannot tell from Your answer if the unit is connected, (seems like it is), and ready to capture shots.
