Anyone else getting frequent notifications that the R10 went to sleep amd needs to be woken up? This was not an issue in 4.0 for me.

Hello, this issue is being investigated by our engineering team and a resolution is on the horizon. We hope to have more information soon.
We appreciate your continued patience.
Yes, and it's making me regret my decision buying the R10 . Come on Garmin, at least give us some idea when this will be rectified..It really spoils the flow of a practice session!
Would be even better if zero..
Not sure why this sleep function is implemented at all. It's not like the R10 has a poor battery, and we don't have to save the energy crisis, so why not disable it?…
I am having the wake up issue on almost every shot. I have done all the things listed. Is this issue not resolved yet?
The wake-up issue was resolved with R10 software version 4.30. Please connect the device to your computer and make sure the software on the device is up to date with Garmin Express.
Update Golf Courses and Device Software on an Approach
If you are still having this issue, it might be due to something else. Please reach out to the Golf Product Support team directly in your region for additional assistance. We are happy to help further.
Updated software to newest version and still have sleep issues. Very random and very frustrating. Winter in Canada now so hard to take device to a different location to see if it still happens in order to eliminate environmental issues.
I would really like to get this fixed.
I contacted support and they told me to take the R10 off the stand I had it on. Not sure why, as it seemed many people were using stands to align the device, but did so and the wake up notification were reduced. Not eliminated, but definitely reduced in occurrence.
What?
This was a new thing..
What kind of stand? Very elevated or not level?
The husband built a stand with leveling legs, and we had it set do the stand was the same height as the hitting mat, so about an 1" or so high. Yeah, this was the first I had heard of this
Normally when I had sleep issues it was due to bluetooth.
I have garmin golf on both my mobile and tablet. And if I played on my phone and the tablet was within range, sometimes it would switch connection without any other notification than going into sleep.
So I make sure bluetooth is off on the device I'm not using.
I really don't believe the stand should cause this.
I ensure that I only have Bluetooth enabled on the device that is hooking up to R10 and was actually using an old phone which I was only using with Garmin app and had only been paired with R10.
We were told this error is generally as a result of movement issues. We have the simulator set up in a barn loft and have a "floating" rubber floor installed over the wooden floor. Husband was thinking maybe there was some movement from the floating floor, so have secured the floor in that area to reduce any floor movement and will try again and see if that helps to reduce the sleep issues.
I thought the Garmin would be a good simulator option as i have a large area, but am discovering it's definitely not been an easy set up. Wake and interference issues abound along with home team hero app issues and inaccurate distance readings as well as trouble picking up chips. Seems lots of tweaking required. Some days more frustrating than others; sure hoping can resolve these issues as I really like the price and premise of this unit.
Still having the 'falling asleep issue' on my new (r4.30) R10. Thankfully not during sessions but right after finishing one, trying to start a new one. Where can I find contact details for the regional Golf Support teams?
