Yes, and it's making me regret my decision buying the R10 . Come on Garmin, at least give us some idea when this will be rectified..It really spoils the flow of a practice session!

Not sure why this sleep function is implemented at all. It's not like the R10 has a poor battery, and we don't have to save the energy crisis, so why not disable it?…
I noticed today when I was outside that not using a fan definitely helps. I still got the wake-up dialog ~ 10 times while hitting 60 balls, but it's better than with the fan where I was getting it every other ball.

I get it all the time since the update. I was thinking of selling my SkyTrak, but not now. Works fine for a while then it needs woken up after every one or two shots.
Any update on this bug fix? This is very frustrating to me.
Any update as to when this issue will be resolved? It's constantly sleeping in the middle of a session.
Just got my Garmin. Similar issues having to wake up device over and over. Very frustrating!

Happened to me today. Tried to send you a PM. New unit, got 30 balls in, then 10, missed a bunch because of the sleep issue. Just bought this yesterday. Hope the fix is soon.
I called Garmin support today and the wake up/sleep thing is a known issue. They indicated a software update is coming out September 8-10th. Hopefully the issue is resolved after the update. Thanks Garmin!
Rob. Glad you guys are on it. The Facebook group has others having the same problem so it isn't just a few. Any way you can give us a timeline as I have an 800 dollar brick right now until this works properly as it is too frustrating and stressful to keep checking it when you are hitting balls to relax.
