Hello, do you only have this issue with the iPad? I was able to test in house with an iPhone and landscape mode worked fine with the latest Golf app version.
Understood, but I am wanting to know if there are also similar issues with the app on Iphone. Have we tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Golf app on the Ipad to see if that makes any difference?
All good found the problem. If I turn chipping on before I start the course then it can go to landscape, if the chipping function is turned off then landscape mode doesn't turn on, probably so you can see the circle for where auto chip begins.
Just didn't realize that the option is now there every game, having to set the R10 to ball distance and clicking include chipping on.
Any chance to have it default or save so doesn't need to be entered every time?
Problem 2 I sign into three ipads with the same apple ID, but everyrime I open garmin golf if I'm connected to the internet I have to sign in again every time I open garmin golf on the 3 ipads....
Now since update I have to sign in twice per ipad Even. I can sign in and then it exits to the sign in page again and sign in for second time then it logs in.
If I play home tee hero it's fine as I just don't connect the ipads to internet, but if I want to play E6 I have to connect to internet first and this then causes me to sign in to garmin golf again for each ipad.
For better understanding I have 3 x R10's and 3x ipads , all ipads run off the same apple ID so that my HTH subscription can work on all 3
