This week's update took away the swipe feature when you clicked to analyze specific shots. Now you have to hit menu to select a view adding unnecessary touches.
Can we get that back?
Additionally, can they add a way to swipe between shots?

For the driving range view, would it be possible if you swiped the upper region of screen where the distances are displayed?
Yes!
add sideways swipe to change between shot metrics screens
and
add up and down swipe to change between different shots
Thanks!

Hi Garmin-Rob
What do You mean by concern?
This is a deliberate change in ver 2.7 of Garmin Golf app, which in fact makes reviewing shot data even more useless than before. I didn't think that was possible, but somehow it was achieved.
If You want to know what is being discussed here, I can give You a challenge:
Go to a driving range, and bring with You the R10 and Garmin Golf app.
Then take 25 hits with a pitching wedge, and 25 hits with a 7 iron.
Then You go home and review the shots. Compare them and see if Your club path, attack angle, and all the other metrics give You any idea of how You in general are striking, and what You should work on.
If this leads to You understanding that there must be an easier and better way of doing this, well, then You sre welcome in the club.
Ps: Take the guys writing the sw with You.
I think Garmin-Rob is asking people to private message him. In order to create requests, he needs to submit some user information.
It seems to be more difficult to use, much less any improvement in user friendliness. Not a fan of the change. Does Garmin use beta testing and canvass existing users before implementing changes?
Anyway, please answer this…..what specifically is the logic behind the decision, I might be missing the point, so please help me understand the benefits of this latest update. Thank you.
With the addition of the new driving range options, you now swipe left or right to move or change your target line. This would conflict with the swiping left or right on the metrics and swing capture screens. There might be some things they can improve on with the changes, so that is why I am having our development team take a second look.
