4,2 software it's been over 16 hours when is it going to available to everyone.

Don't know why they roll it out piecemeal it's been over 16 hours still not available for me to download. When will it be available for everyone.

Shouldn't it download automatically? How will I know when mine has been updated?

It is not automatic. You have to connect it to your computer and run Garmin Express which will check your level and update to current level. Problem is they roll it out in groups so you don't know when you update will be available so you have to keep checking.

I don’t understand why long time users aren’t included.

Beware I updated to 4.2 the distances are down 10 plus yards from 4.0. It's worse I wouldn't update yet.

I just updated to 4.2 and distances seem similar to 4.0 when struck well.

I noticed that it’s easier to get decent club and ball speeds. Previously, it took a perfect strike to show similar speeds.

Just updated the Garmin Golf app and it's a game changer. You can set altitude in the driving range and HTH so just tweak it until your yardages are spot on.
