Has anybody had any issues when trying to upload data to the r10 analytic tool? Thus far I am unable to upload even though I receive a message that upload was successful. I am on a Windows platform.
Any help would be great for those who have experience with this problem.
You have to be patient, it takes about 5 days untill Garmin has updated the data.
Example
Saturday August 13th did a golfshot session, data was available Thursday August the 18th
I have the data from Garmin. It is when I am trying upload the data into the tool that things go awry.
If you have the data then still it is not sure if your golf sim session has been updated (yet)
Inside the download from Garmin is a map DI_CONNECT, double click this map and go to the map DI-GOLF.
Then find the file Golf-SIM_session.json.
In my case I also had the data from my scorecards and running practice in the download from Garmin but not the golf-sim session, the golf-sim session tooks 5 days
Update
if the file Golf-SIM_session.json is 1kB then its empty
Thanks for your help.
I see the Golf-SIM_Session.json, showing as 356 KB.
Still not able to complete an upload.
I am following the steps as outlined on the R10 Analytics site in order to upload this information, I still get the message upload was successful, however, no information appears.
Can you please contact me through [email protected] and include a zip file of your DI_GOLD folder. I can then have a look.

I have had this issue and it usually just takes a while for them to show up. For me, it will show the clubs but then for a while it will say no shot data available. But then after a while, the shot data appears. My current guess is that it is something to do with time zones maybe? Like the shots from today are being read as the next day and so they won’t show up in program until after midnight? But that is just a guess. Either way, the shot data always eventually shows up for me.
Has anyone found an issue where the software at startup shows a blank window and then either crashes or is blocked ?
I just wonder if there is a browser or virus protection setting that needs clearing.
P.S. it worked fine a week ago !!!
I already solved this issue. However, the new version 0.72 is waiting for approval by Microsoft to avoid security warnings. If you already want it now, you can download it here:
https://storage.googleapis.com/r10analytics_download/0.72/R10Analytics_Installer.exe
But you will most likely get some security warnings when you try to download or run it.
