my approach R10 keeps disconnecting. The green light turns to white and won't record shots.

It worked fine the first time I used it, fresh out of the box. 4 days later I headed to the range and it didn't work. It kept disconnecting with the green flashing light changing to white, recording no shot data or tracer.

I received the product less than a week ago. I can't imagine it needs a software update unless one has been released in the last 4 days. What can it be?

Make sure that you are not running a heater or fan near it.

I had this issue when I first got my R10 but it went away after fully charging the unit fresh out of the box. Maybe try another phone to pair it with if it keeps happening?

I plugged my Garmin in, even though it was full battery charging for days! Then i disconnected all blue tooth devices on my android phone. Reinstalled Garmin app. So far so good. Before that it would disconnect after 6 swings!
