Can the approach R10 measure Swing Tempo. And if so, where can we see this in the Garmin Golf App range session?

Would be useful but no it doesn’t have this metric

Hi. The data is seemingy captured, but just not shown anywhere. It appears as "backSwingTime":0.838,"downSwingTime":0.137" on the data output - but not apparently show on the app!!
Hi MikeC996,
where/how can I find the backswing and downswing time data from R10?
Hi. Ok, it’s a little complex - but easier than most of the ways I have seen! Download your data from Garmin and then use Power BI to get the data - works perfectly. The data is there.
Can't really do much else than recommend R10 Analytics.
A free program for Windows made by a forum user.
There is a separate thread on this program but You will find swing tempo.on every shot: https://www.r10analytics.com/help/shot-info
But not only that, You can use it for something showing how changing swing tempo affects Your shots.
Try R10 Analytics app, great tool to analyze all your shots, shows you where you need work, tempo, launch angle, correlation analysis, etc….
I was excited to see that Garmin Golf now has an option to export the range session data directly from the app...But then was disappointed to find that BackSwingTime and DownSwingTime is not included in the exported data.
Yes, I was also disappointed about that.
Already asked Garmin-Rob if this could ble implemented, and also shown directly in the shot info inside the app.
Until this is included I guess we still have to go the complicated way of asking to have the data exported now and then.
In any case this is progress, and Mark is working on the update to import these files into R10Analytics.
So pls send him some csv files for Your language and units settings (metric/british/english, mph, yards, feet, etc).
