R10 not recognizing any shots....SN 6PN013XXX

I just received my R10 (sn 6PN013649). It will not record any shots. I've updated to 3.8 and have connected to my iOS. It never flashes green as if it's ready.

I get a solid green, followed by a blue flash, then solid green again...repeat

I've seen on several social media reports that there is an issue with some new units sn 6PP and 6PN.

This is a brand new unit. I would like to get a replacement, as I don't think I should have to wait for a software fix after spending $600 on this thing...

Same here, just got it yesterday and having the some problem.

Similar problem on a S/N 6PP: Unit flashes green when connected to my phone, then when I take a shot it turns solid green for about 3 seconds then flashes blue once, then white once then returns to flashing green. Does not record the shot or give me any stats. Sequence repeats every time I take a shot.
