One of the things that might be useful to gather feedback would be to introduce a beta test group for your app. I am part of a similar beta test group for Wyze home cameras and IOT devices and it is a really good way to get real world testing by avid users prior to release of updates. I am on iOS and they use TestFlight to push out beta versions of their app to users in the beta test group. Support is via a moderated facebook group.
It would be great if Garmin implemented a similar process.
