R10 wont let my play courses error 010_d1812_01

I was trying to play a few courses today on the r10 and it’s saying I need to pay £89 even though my yearly membership runs until November 2022. I am getting the error code 010_d1812_01 anyone have a fix for this or know who I should contact? Is this a apple problem or a garmin problem?

I’m getting the same thing. It happens on my iPad when I try to use HTH. I’ve got an active membership but it won’t let me play, asks for me to buy a membership.

I contacted garmin and they were useless basically said they know about the problem and are working on a fix. I managed to fix it myself by deleting the app and downloading it again
