I just got the desktop subscription but I cant seem to get the R10 to connect. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
Hey , Thanks for the reply. I tried everything you said with the exception of the firewall. I can check that and see if it helps.
Disabling the firewall allowed me to connect my phone to the E6 laptop version. So thanks for this.
No problem.
Always good to keep the firewall enabled though, so You need to allow this port through Your firewall.
Not sure which direction it is needed (most likely from the phone to pc, so incoming on pc), but pretty safe to allow this port in both directions.
Not sure if Garmin is using udp or tcp either, but You can allow for both if Your firewall has options for both.
