HTH will download a course, set up for play then get stuck on the logo screen. Some will load others not. This is on my iPad Pro but will work on my phone. Please help
Same issue. Was working but now freezes at logo screen for both iPad and iPhone. All devices incl R10 are on latest software updates. App has been deleted and reinstalled on both devices. Bluetooth connection dropped and re-established with no change to problem..
Yep! I also cannot join haunt the house when using these courses. So you have and methods? I need your help, pls.
iPad or other tablet devices are not compatible with the Garmin Golf app.

If you are experiencing the concern through a smartphone as well, ensure that your smartphone has sufficient local storage available for the hardware storage capacity remaining on your phone. SD card use will not suffice, as it has to be available hardware storage sufficient remaining on your smartphone to allow the courses to download properly.
Ensure the Garmin Golf app is up to date to the most current version as well > You can check by searching "Garmin Golf" in the App Store/Google Play Store and the "Update" option will display if available.
