R10 bluetooth pairing with Iphone 13

Hi all,

Just got the Iphone 13 and can not get the R10 to pair no matter what I do. I have read all the forum posts about pairing the device. It was really easy to pair with my Android phone but the Iphone 13 won't recognize it. I have unpaired it with my Android. I have tried a solid blue light, flashing blue light, turning my iphone bluetooth off and on and a bunch of other suggestions I read. PLEASE HELP...it should not be this hard to get it paired with the top of the line Iphone. Thanks everyone.

it’s an error in the manual, i had same with iphone 13.

first delete R10 in golfapp if still there

manual mentions hold 5s button turning on for solid blue light but then it doesn’t pair

instead…

Pairing directly from the off-state doesn’t seem to be working. Lately folks have had success pairing by turning the unit on first, then waiting a few seconds to hold the button again for a few seconds to get to the solid blue light for pairing. The key seems to be powering the unit on for a few seconds before trying to Pinter pair mode.

instead turn R10 on, wait a bit and then hold 5s for solid blue light

now in the app you can add the R10, search and pair!

This is really useful advice thank you. Been going round in circles with this for ages and was considering returning my R10!

THIS IS IT!!! I waited for 20 seconds and then held power button again until its solid blue.
