Garmin R10 Alignment found some solutions

This is obviously spam. Several people have tried this device and not found that it resolves their issues.

Mine did not come today. It should be here tomorrow.  I am really hoping it is not a spam. This would bum me out

In reply to Godspell's comment, it does help as it gives a baseline for all measurements going forward provided it's always used.  Without this device, everyone is eyeballing a square alignment, and all it takes is a mm to be off 20-30 degrees down range

I used one and my notes are a different page of this forum "distances seem off"

I ordered them, but haven't had a chance to use either one yet. 

I just checked the mail today it will not show up until tomorrow. once I use it, I will let everyone know if I see a difference in the accuracy. 

Ok. I had chance to use the two different stands. Yes it makes a difference.I was blown away on how off I was with my alignment when I was not using the device. Please note I only use this at an outside driving range and the device was picking up everyshot for me. That being said it still would help everyone when they are using it indoors too. I hope this helps everyone who was encountering the same issues 

Not sure if this is spam or not, but this little stand is very useful. I purchased this for the sole purpose of making sure the R10 is aligned with my target. I do have a piece of wood that the stand and the R10 sit on top of so the base of the R10 is at the same height as the mat. This has made the R10 much more accurate, as far as I can tell.  Another thing I do that I saw here or somewhere else, don't remember, is once I have it lined up, I chip to about 15 or so yards to where I think is dead center, and if it is, the R10 shows the shot right down the middle. I may no longer need the wooden platform I created since the 3.60 update.  I haven't tried it yet without the platform and 3.60.

I am very perplexed why people think my posts are spam. They are not. I have called into support countless times asking about this issue, and when I finally found something that worked, I thought I would share it with the group. I promise this is not spam. Whatever you find that works for you, that is great; continue to use it for the rest of us who struggle with this issue. This is an option to solve it.. As I stated in my previous post I have no relationship with the manufacturer who created this product

I meant that I wasn’t sure if it was spam as far as someone affiliated with the seller putting it out there for people to buy it. As far the device itself, it definitely works, as I described in my reply.
