Sound

Sound is not working on my iphone. Have tried everything. Sound is unmuted in the app. Have carry distance clicked. Speaker to the right is yellow. Sound turned all the way up on phone and nothing. Any hep is appreciated.

Deleted app and downloaded again. Rebooted my phone. Sound still does not work. Clicked on Club head speed and audio icon is yellow. Sound is all the way up. Does not work on my so ‘s phone either.…

Hello! I know you have tried everything, I just wanted to confirm, did uninstalling and reinstalling the Golf app make no difference? And the volume settings for media on the phone is turned all the way up (as opposed to notification volume)?

Anyone on Android having this issue? Have we tried restarting the phone?

Just figured it out. If the phone is in silent mode, it will not speak. Doesn’t make since because I can listen to music in silent mode.

I’m having this sound problem on my R10. Tried everything . Updated software. Phone Not on silent. Rebooted phone and app. Only thing I haven’t tried is deleting the app and reinstalling. Any ideas ?

I had the same issue with no sound on my iPhone when using the golf app. However, it was a simple fix by switching the side turning off silence mode. Seems like Garmin should fix this so it sounds even when in silence mode, just like YouTube or Pandora does. Thx
