I mistakenly installed E6 connect "demo" mode in iphone.
I tried exit from demo mode to get into 5 free courses but there seems is no way to get out of the "demo" mode.
I uninstalled…
I finally found the way to exit.
Enter "portal.e6golf.com" and unbind my license, and then launch E6 connect app again^^

So I got the R10 this week and set it up on my Android. Noticed there was not product key for e6. Read thru this thread and saw it's only available on iOS....so if I get a new iPad, will I be able to download the app on there and will it give me a product key then? Didn't know if it would since I already set it up and registered it on an Android phone?
Yes when you go into HTH on iOS it shows you the product key for E6. So far I've found the yardages seem to be a lot better on E6.
Hi, I made the same mistake. Installed e6, activated demo, and now under the Garmin golf app, it says: "An error occurred - Retry" where it should provide the product key.
I went into the portal.e6golf.com app. unbinded the mobile demo license. I also uninstalled and reinstalled e6... but it still says an error occurred and will not provide product key.
Any advice?
Once your connected to E6 on the ios device dp you need a WiFi connection to play using the R10. My garden' cage set up is too far from my router to get WiFi
I have the same problem did you solve this issue and if so how?
I think you can log into the E6 portal and go to licenses and 'unbind' the demo license.
When i had the issue, uninhibited did not resolve it. I had to go through garmin tech support (they contacted me via this forum) and they had to do something in the backend so that I can get the license code. It took a few days but they fixed it.
Now I am transitioning to gspro...
I'd suggest trying again. I have used the unbind feature multiple times to switch between my iPad and iPhone (as well as a friend's iPhone when he borrowed my R10) without issue. Sometimes I need to reboot everything including the device, but it always works.
