Does the Approach R10 work in conjunction with CT10 sensors (either alone or on my Approach S62 watch) so that club selection is automatically displayed in the Garmin Golf App when using the Approach R10?
Does the Approach R10 work in conjunction with CT10 sensors (either alone or on my Approach S62 watch) so that club selection is automatically displayed in the Garmin Golf App when using the Approach R10?
The sensors require a compatible Garmin Golf product to allow for ANT+ connection, along with the capability to manage and pair sensors through a menu screen directly, that is non-app based.. The R10 currently…
The Approach R10 is not compatible for use with the Approach CT-10 club tracking sensors. The value of features currently offered for the R10 are still an amazing value compared to the cost of other brands…
I would also be interested in this compatibility between CT10 and R10. I have all the sensors already and have pre-ordered the R10. It seems like a no brainer to have the two work together as they are…
+1 for this feature. I have a full set of CT10s and would like for the Golf Sim app to recognize what club I am using when my watch does.
Any progress on this, seems a no brainer to pull it all together?
Garmin, I hope you're listening. Your marketing energy, sex-appeal and sizzle is impressive; however, your willingness to make super fun/interesting/easy user experience is sorely lacking. Case-in-point, the threads below about "sync the C10 / R10 into an amazing user interface with sync'd app
Garmin, I hope you're listening. Your marketers, branding sizzle and product sex-appeal is fabulous. Your 'deep' product engineers do amazing work. But, your penchant for creating a "user experience / interface / simplicity of product" is not on par w/ the other teams. Case in point, the thread below re: "get the C10 and R10 to work together". Not a professional but having been in corp / marketing / product arena for 20+ years, you missed an amazing boat to generate millions of $ in the market on failure to execute when competitors couldn't compete. The R10 is lighting up the internet, the C10 is battling against Arccos - you could have cornered the market had you executed better. Another case in point, your supply chain woes for the R10. It's easily a $1,000 device selling for $600'ish and you couldn't managed your inventory. Lastly, am a Fenix 6 owner and the number of buttons needing to be touched to move up / down / left / right makes me think of engineers who figured out how to make it work w/out knowing how to make it user friendly.
